Anyone try BT with AEON recently? Their service like becoming worst... got a missed call and when call back nobody answer.. call to their CS, ask verification on last transaction which I can't even recall... ask for next question, but was told that cannot proceed n insist me to give the last transaction amount which I hardly use the card since begining of the year... give them the last BT transaction amount but still cannot...
