1. Must I do it before 28 Jan 2024?
2. Or exactly on 28th Jan 2024
3. Or by my statement due date (20 days from 28th Jan 2024)?

To avoid interest 18% charged in your remaining balance transfer amount, you need to perform full payment before 28/01/2024.

However, no early settlement fee will be imposed if you perform full settlement after 28/12/2023.
