for AEON CC BT, i knew that minimum is 1k, if I've bank A: 500 bank B: 600, total 1100. Will AEON CC accept?

just noticed that old 0% Balance Transfer has gone...new plan called Flex Payment, what is the repayment skem? is it same as 5% minimum?
