good to know that the MBB 0% BT plan.
I tried to check the online m2u method but getting this
"You do not have any record in this list."

is it because I havent received my pin and pay card?

ask my sister which received MBB pin and pay card to check the Balance transfer via m2u.
the option is there and able to proceed to request for BT.

So it was really because I havent received pin and pay so unable to submit request for MBB BT online.
----

for the BT, can i request to BT the "outstanding" amount instead of statement amount on the fund receiving CC?
eg: statement balance = RM2000, outstanding = RM4000, I want to BT RM4000 to MBB instead of statement balance of RM2000 only

should be fine with MBB cos i told the same to Aeon and then it was approved. At first Aeon called and said sorry we don't accept unbilled transaction only accept current statement and i told the them please see the outstanding balance then they are fine with it  nod.gif
*
i see, then when i submit the form, I should submit the screenshot of my other cc with outstanding amount information.

May I know what is the limit i can balance transfer to MBB card?
up to how many percent of the CL? 80%?

I only have rm5k limit in MBB card, so i can transfer up to rm4k to MBB card?
the 80% is it calculated based on CL or it is based on available CL?
eg: rm5k CL give rm4k, but if there are usage of the card, available limit = rm4.5k. then transfer only 4.5k*0.8 = rm3600 or still remain on rm4k?

BT always based on available CL, but MBB has not specified percentage. To play it safe, 80% should be OK.

i see, I think i dont have enough limit on MBB to transfer my other card statement amount.
when we transfer bank A to bank B, although we attached the bank A statement for them but we are not necessary to transfer the full statement amount on bank A, right?

eg: bank A statement amount is rm5k, and i just transfer rm3.5k to bank B, then i paid the remaining 1.5k to bank A, so i will still enjoy the 3.5k BT.

I just did BT via Maybank2U.
After the process, I received email almost immediately:

QUOTE
Congratulations! Your application for Maybank Balance Transfer Programme is approved in principle.
Your application status will be sent via e-mail and SMS
So this is approved or not yet approve? why the 2nd sentences saying your application status will be sent via email and SMS?

if approve, when i will see the BT credit to my other CC?

the 3% upfront will still charged and waiver only credit in 30 working days?

Don't cry baby.

Punctuation creates misunderstanding, should be:

Maybank 0%; apply thru e-mail, no 3% fee;
apply thru m2u, got 3% and gst on 3% but will be waived within 30 days.
*
ya, i know about that.
have to pay the 3% first because my statement date just past, waived will be in my next statement.
didnt know there is an option without need to pay 3% at all. doh.gif
