Does anyone has Aeon Credit BT's terms and conditions? Doesnt seem to be able to get it from website. Understand that I can only apply once every 6 months (upon ending of previous BT), does it allow BT to multiple credit cards at one-go?

Alright now i'm one of those that agreed with UOB 6mths 0%charge
I'm reading through the thread again and from what i understand i need to pay 5% each month

This 5% due date is according to statement due date or the BT approval due date?

Because the total balance for whole 6 months need to be settle within 6 months from BT approval date shown in statement.
*
Hi. Any update on this? Is it 5% from month 1 -5 then remaining balance in the final month?

My previous experience was 5% month 1 -5 then one lump sum in the end.

From your earlier post, understand that u have 1st UOB BT running and plan to take another BT with them soon.
*
The first was earlier of the year in March, called by telemarketer. That doesn't mean they disallow 2 concurrent BT, better still check with CS.

btw, just want to confirm the 2k limit for PBB BT is per transaction, per bank or per credit card? Let's say I have 3 MBB CC with payment 1k, 500 and 500. Is it still eligible for the 0% promo?
*
QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Dec 30 2017, 01:26 AM)
Per card.

But here's how you can overcome it. If you have 3 Maybank card's just transfer the total to your card with highest balance. Then when funds come in, you will have a credit balance on that card. Just call CS and ask them to pay off the outstanding balances on the other cards. It will take 1-2 days max for payment to be reflected although they will say 2-3 days.
*
The minimum transfer amount should be per bank.

For clarification, I did one BT from PBB to HLB 2 weeks ago for RM2,400 (6mth 0%), no issue on that transfer.

Looks good but I don't think it can transfer to our savings account like the 3-month BT. sad.gif

First thing first, gotta ask for CL increase, too low for now. laugh.gif Same CL since I first got MACH card since 2015.
*
No, no longer able to transfer to saving accounts, but can be used to settle my other banks' balances which carry BT. Still good. biggrin.gif

Can I BT from A to B, then use B credit card to withdraw money? tongue.gif Sounds abusing the BT.
*
No, if you withdraw money via ATM, it's considered cash advance. At most you can call CS to ask to transfer overpayment to your CA/SA, and that depends on the bank whether they will do it or not. So far MBB has been ok with transferring the overpayment to MBB SA/CA, from my experience.

Hi guys,

is this UOB 0% BT for 6 months valid?

https://www1.uob.com.my/btesub/

i filled in, no respond from bank
*
I tried that 1 month ago, no respond too. Called CS and the CS assisted to arrange at telemarketer to call me back. At first the telemarketer told me that I am not entitled to free 6-mth BT. But after 2 days, she called again and said that I am entitled.

*
Just be careful coz last time I tried applying through that website and nothing happened at all. In the end called CS to enquire and apply. The officer I spoke to didn't seem to know about this.

Thanks for kind reply

I adjusted the total repayment based on interest + installment

is the calculation correct? I still dont understand the links you shared.

sweat.gif
*
For 30k, the interest payable is 8%x3yrx30k = RM7.2k, the phone merely subsidising about 35-40% of the interest.

submit payslipe or proof of income to apply credit card credit limit increase.
*
QUOTE(garygan @ Sep 3 2020, 02:34 PM)
usually bank allows 80% (some 90%) from CL.
meant: CLx0.8 = 80k; CL=100k
usually CL= annual earning income x 300~500%.
meant: annual earning income = 200k pa = RM16.67k/mth  brows.gif
*
What I meant was about creating high balance to be transferred (80k spending or there's way to transfer the overpayment?), not about having high credit limit.
