Just wondering whether it is ok to send the Aeon balance transfer form to their email instead of faxing it. Thanks.

Based on my previous and recent experience with AEON BT (just received the confirmation call at 1pm and SMS approval at 5.30pm today!), this is what I did:

1. Print the Unbilled Transaction from PBB online. I circled the Amount Outstanding and highlighted it.

2. Apply for BT using the Amount Outstanding and e-mail the form to AEON Credit customer service.

3. Attach the print out PLUS first page of the earlier PBB full statement (this is what they requested based on my previous experience).

I had no problem getting RM36k approved. Timeline below:

Mon 15 Aug: Submitted forms via e-mail

Wed 17 Aug: Received call at 1pm to confirm BT application. Received SMS approval at 5.30pm to inform that BT application approved.

Super efficient.

It has been extended to 31st March 2018...
It takes 30 working days to credit back to you and is usually done on batches, so gotta wait for a while I guess.

I did a BT on the same date as you. Just got my charges reversed on 21st Sept.

Let's say now I take the HLB 0% 6 months BT of RM15K

every month I can just pay the minimum amount from month 1 to 5, but just need to settle the full amount at month 6 without incurring any penalties, right?

If that's the case, I can apply for another banks 0% BT like Aeon to cover the month 6 settlement, correct?

I'm allowed to do BT to UOB at 0% for 6 months without statement. This is one off deal for my new additional card for UOB.

For those who have applied before for UOB, may I know if the account no. generated can be BT-ed out to other banks?

I'm still thinking if I should straight BT to MBB for 12 months 0% or BT first to UOB and pay minimum (since it allows with no interest) for 5 months and only BT out on 6th month if MBB still has promo that time?

No approval SMS/email received though.
