Hi all, I just submit application for Citibank cc just to do BT. I am planning to do BT from MBB to Citi, and lock the Citi card up. Maybe using BT is better than apply for PL to cover cc debt.
How long does it takes for the Citibank to approve and credit the amount to MBB? Once MBB back to 0, I will need to BT from UOB to MBB.

I have 3k outstanding with MBB, 2k outstanding and 1 installment plan with UOB.

Can only apply BT after receive card and activated right?
