After having Aeon Credit Cards for more than a year, feel like wanna to ultilize their 0% BT.

Called to the customer service and being told that apart from the BT application form, the card statement from other bank which need to do the BT, have to attach with the BT application.

When asking about they take how much time to process the BT, CS said will take about 7 to 14 working days.

My question is, if they can't process on time while the due date is coming. Who is going to responsible for the late payment charge and the interest..

Just submitted my BT form to Aeon Credit MV. Total of RM12k need to be BT from my MBB card..

Hopefully they can process it and approve by 8/10, which is the due date.

Received a call from Aeon Credit Service for the BT application verification. I submitted the BT form by hand on last Tuesday, 20/9/16.

Just a few simple verification questions. The money will transfer within this week. So it's before my due date.
