I gave unbilled statement and attached with previous month 1st page as evidence of name and CC number.
In the form i filled in the unbilled amount.

why would maybank wants to tell their customer that the funds already depleted? that's the whole idea of capping, that's to earn money from those that apply but didn't get the waiver

By right that shouldn't be the case, if customers want only that product (3% fee waived),
once it is finished customers have the right to be informed,
otherwise can refuse alternative product with 3% fee.


To be on the safe side, i recommend you guys indicate in the email/ application form itself, write there:

" Promotion balance transfer 12month at 0% interest and 3% upfront fee waived"

P/s: surprised MBB also can reject BT application with no good reason?

i know, by right it should be but maybank wants to make money lah. this is a good way for them to earn

anyway, you can always try to ask cs about the allocated funds, how much left. i am 110% sure they can't tell you (either they really don't know or they play dumb)

Nope, my application through e-mail was approved without statement.

They will ask for it, you must F them asking why online don't need but e-mail need.

Are u able to c how MBB transfer the money? Is it via IBG or IBFT? I receive SMS this morning that the fund has been transferred, but since today is Saturday.. If they use IBG mean I can only c that on Monday. N my due date is 26th (Monday) ..

Monday should be able to see the payment to your other credit card. U can see the available limit is reflected already.

If IBG mean won't be able to c now.. Coz I BT to PBB, PBB always have immediate posting for payment of it is IBFT..

aiyoyo just found out MBB CS dunno how to unzip the BT files that I sent over through email not sure why they are quite dumb or IT illiterate
