QUOTE(MGM @ Sep 22 2016, 07:13 PM) If during application u indicate that the BT is 12-month 0%, then b4 approval, MBB should be able to know whether funds allocated already fully taken up, and we will be duly informed. Just my 2sen. haha. that is a good joke for the italicwhy would maybank wants to tell their customer that the funds already depleted? that's the whole idea of capping, that's to earn money from those that apply but didn't get the waiver This post has been edited by brotan: Sep 23 2016, 03:32 PM |

QUOTE(brotan @ Sep 23 2016, 03:30 PM) haha. that is a good joke for the italic By right that shouldn't be the case, if customers want only that product (3% fee waived), why would maybank wants to tell their customer that the funds already depleted? that's the whole idea of capping, that's to earn money from those that apply but didn't get the waiver once it is finished customers have the right to be informed, otherwise can refuse alternative product with 3% fee. To be on the safe side, i recommend you guys indicate in the email/ application form itself, write there: " Promotion balance transfer 12month at 0% interest and 3% upfront fee waived" P/s: surprised MBB also can reject BT application with no good reason? so far how many kena rejected? hopefully mine is approved. |
