I got a bad idea in mind, like i balance transferred from uob to my ocbc credit card which has zero oustanding. now my ocbc got credit like 100k, possible for me to cancel this card and ask the credit to transfer to my bank account?

Got a question regarding my HLB BT...

Applied 12m 0% BT on 6/9/23
BT expiry date was 3/9/24
CC statement date 3/9, due date 23/9

Question is:  for the BT do I need to clear it on 3/9 itself or I can follow the statement due date which is 23/9..?

I'm confused cause in the app it says due date 23/9..


Even the statement due amount for 23/9 includes the BT + CC amounts..
But then I checked BT part in statement, fine print says got 18% pa daily interest after 3/9/24.



Then in transaction history also appears this..  but I not sure cause statement only came out on 4/9 onward..
So if I think about it, like don't make sense need clear on 3/9 cause even the statement itself only available on 4/9..

But I could be wrong, so anyone who have experience with HLB BT before do share thanks

Cause I'm new to BT, what does cash out limit mean?

For example, I have a CC with limit of 30k, is there a way I can BT this 30k to another CC with 0% offer without incurring any charges?

Or does cash out limit mean another whole thing altogether?

Interesting, I always thought that you could only BT what you had spent (outstanding balance) but didnt know you could BT the unspent credit limit also!

So I'm understanding this right, I have a CC limit of 30k on my UOB card, i BT this whole 30k to HLB CASA, put the 30k in FD and profit!?

Which banks other than HLB can transfer to CASA btw?
