Usually how long does it take for Maybank to approve BT over email? Sent it email on saturday, received email reply from CS that my request has been forwarded to the respective dept.

how do the credit card determine the MAX credit limit ?
salary ? If yes, what;s the fomulae ?
eg RM10K salary, whats the max limit can get ?
and, for the example of RM1M , how does the expert get it ?

any processing fee or stamp fee for balance transfer from mbb, aeon and pbe credit to other bank credit card?
if my credit limit is rm 8000 in aeon,
rm7000 in pbe
rm7000 in mbb,
how much bt balance i can apply for each bank. thanz
