Er what I meant is eg. one's Amex have RM2k limit. Card B have RM2k outstanding payment. So do a BT from Card B to AMEX. AMEX credit limit reached, how to use the card for cash back some more?

That's what I was trying to say as well, you apply different Maybank cards also no use, they are using shared limit of RM 2k (as per your example), unless you use MBB Islamic cards which are using different limit.

No hidden charges but can only do once every 6 months or at least when the 6th installment is posted, then only you can apply new BT

basically I charge my BT to my Mastercard which I dont normally use for transactions. Easier to monitor when statement comes cause it is just all BT transactions.

i) wish to transfer balance to Maybank CC but how to know if Maybank 0 charge BT still available? seeing that now is only 2 weeks till the end of campaign?

ii) saw lots of comments BT hurts CCRIS/CTOS score. Is this true? How much damage can it do to the credit score?

iii) if Maybank BT 12 months still in effect, can I still apply BT (balance from another bank other than maybank) to transfer to another bank (e.g., Public)?

yes if you have no plans for any loans, no issue. You are not blacklisted, just that your monthly outstanding and credit limit utilization will be high when you start BT.

Your application for new CC also will be rather difficult if u are a heavy BT addict like me.
