citibank called me today, asking me to take BT or COC, even with 1K, they can double my CL. I declined their offer as if I want my CL increased, i do not think i need to take up BT or COC

I transferred 20k from my uob 0% BT into my Hong Leong credit card which has no outstanding.

After that, i waited the money to be credit in my hong leong card account.

Once in i waited about 2 weeks and hong leong had issued out statement.

I called hong leong CS n request the extra money in the credit card account to be transfer to my hong leong CASA account. CS said cannot. I got 2 choices. One is used up all the 20k or return the 20k to UOB. CS asked me uob account number from where the funds coming from.

So i just slow slow use up all the 20k. And till now still got 6k balance.

If not mistaken we can transfer out the cash through charge card/prepaid card like pbb visa charge card?

He is using PBB visa petron debit card(which is a prepaid card) OR MBB Manchester United visa prepaid card to cash out.

If I understand correctly, dont need to inform bank when BT into PBB Petron Debit Card right? Just need to call when transfer it into CASA from Debit Card right?
