I submitted my last BT yesterday for Maybank and thought didn't gotten approval as normally will receive same day towards end of the day. But just now I received SMS my BT approved, if so will I be charged the one time charges or not? Hopefully not go by approving SMS date but BT submission date

Haih Affin Bank still haven't solve the 0.1s phone call issues. I had received 4 calls already (2 on last Friday and 2 on today). How to pick up the call when the duration is so short?
