assuming you taking total 30k 0% BT 6 months.
5k per month payment.
your credit limit is 100k.
so your credit utilization is only 30%.

and assume your salary is 10k,
monthly commitment
housing loan 3k
car loan 2k
BT/Flexi 5k

quite unlikely bank will approve any new loan as from they see your salary is not even enough to cover your monthly commitment.

while if your monthly commitment is
housing loan 3k
car loan 2k

it's still likely they will approve it.

i noticed my amex card cn do until almost 98% of available credit limit.
not sure is it a glitch but i just max it.
after do my credit limit left RM100+   

yup supposedly Ezcash is 70% of the limit.
but surprisingly for amex card when i check they allow me to do until almost 98% of available limit in 1 single round.
left with RM100+ limit after the Ezcash.
so i just take it.

Yes. That's why HLB is my favorite bank for BT. Fortunately, I hold its free AF card and it gives me the highest limit among all banks.

I just done a balance transfer of RM2000 from HLB for 12 months.

I'm confused how much is my monthly payment?

RM2000 ÷ 12 = RM166.67 right?

Because HLB never stated this amount on the approval message.

I have a major purchase coming up that requires cash payment only. My initial plan was to request a credit limit increase on my Mbb Ikhwan Amex (currently RM10k limit) and then apply for Mbb EzyCash. Unfortunately, my request for a limit increase was rejected.

I’ve already applied for EzyCash of RM7k (which is 70% of my current RM10k limit).

Now I’m wondering:
Is it possible to do a balance transfer of RM20k from my RHB Visa (RM30k limit) to my Mbb Ikhwan Amex, so that the available limit becomes RM23k (RM3k remaining + RM20k transferred)?

If so, could I then apply for a second EzyCash of RM16k (which is 70% of RM23k)?

Has anyone tried this before? Would this work, or are there restrictions I should be aware of?

HLB web accepts maybank AMEX 15 digit directly. But not for UOB though. Im also using the UOB Web page to initiate the BT to amex maybank, but it requires the 16 digit card number.

Trial and error on the UOB BT page and no see 0% anymore
