Is it Thin seng sauce factory. They are 100 yrs old and conduct factory tour for tourists lol. Any other 100 yrs old ones in penang?
The best punishment is to publicly name them otherwise all 100 yrs old soya sauce factory will be guilty.

"Thin Seng Sauce Factory is an impressive sauce tour. The guide will explain to you the process of making every sauce. You can try and buy any sauce you want. The most famous is soy sauce. It is a very important ingredient in Chinese cuisine and you will understand its importance after you’ll try it. Unfortunately this factory is a small scale industry and an old craft, loosing its battle to the large scale production."
Faster loose the battle and close down lol

The manufacturing process include filtering and sterilization make the bottled sauce safe so they are not worried about dirty raw material unless they get caught. I prefer big names like lee kum kee. Kikomann taste too different.
