eh, question, this one no qwerty keyboard, so that means sms all must use the screen? cuz i dun see number pad also. er, a bit noob in pda phone lor.
lets say lar, i didnt care much about processor speed, and initial flash rom space, (currently 300Mhz already good enuf for gaming and GPS lar) would u recommend this unit, or M700 Eten Glofish? about the same price wor. |

normally those shops provide chaplang outdated maps. u want, either gotta buy online or use malsing maps which is very updated and free
damn, i didnt know p535 got AF and Macro. damn damn. but still, its a hard call. points that matters for the PDA buyers P535: AF, Macro, slightly faster processor speed Asus m700: Qwerty Although p535 has better camera, i feel i'd be smsing rather than taking pics more. so opted for m700. but i heard that qwerty keyboards got screen allignment problem everytime the keyboard is drawn out. At least, thats what the seller told me. dunno whether its true, or he trying to get me to buy p535. haha, but i'm getting my m700 later today, will let u all know lor |

QUOTE(kev da man @ Jan 31 2007, 05:58 PM) connecting to the gps server takes a slightly longer time than other PDAs but currently P535 isn't as bad as some other unknown brand thats your own experience ar? i think would be hard to say cuz different place might take diff time, due to interference from high rises or concrete. P535 has the same GPS specs as my M700 Glofish, and p535 has a faster processor. One of the top line models, GPS for p535 should be one of the top. Through my experience, good GPS models are Dopod p100, m700 Glofish and p535 |

Mapking also better cuz the interface is easier to use while driving. in GPS mode, buttons are big, easy to press, and select new destination etc. not like garmin. that one must stop and do it with a stylus.

CE start shud be able to use, but dun ask me i banana. hahahaha.
u CAN change sms back to normal format. its a registry tweak. i use a special configurator that automatically does this for me though so i've no idea where this registry is lol Added on September 6, 2008, 4:32 pmFOund it. Google and download a free registry editor for windows mobile HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\OEM\ Under the registry key, create a new DWORD value with value name as SMSInboxThreadingDisabled and set it value data to 1.
