Happen to me. They offer 1GB free said no contract and extra cost. But somehow tag the Item as 12 Months contract. When I tried to port out their msg said got contract obligation. Waste 1 day to go to Digi Center to sort out. When they give the free stuff can do on the phone. But to settle anything need to go to center.

They loose the customer because of this, the main reason I know about this because I wanna change package to another one but said got contract. From they I make a decision to port out.
