I cant share top up to other hotlink user, Help me pls

Can someone help me? I need the share top up services but it do not have in my hotlink SUPER IDD plan. I really need this services and someone can tell me how to solve this problem without changing my phone number. I was used it for three month. Pls help me thanks.

Try dial *100# and choose 4 Top Up. If you do not see Share-A-Top Up option then your plan doesn't allow it and you're stuck because Super IDD plan cannot migrate to other hotlink plan.
