1. Did you restart?
2. We reset port already, please restart.
3. We will make report.
4. Technician will call 2 weeks later
5. Technician will come and say oh ini building/ rumah punya pasal
6. Case closed

You can reach 30Mbps with the right router.

Then it's bad,other than reporting to relevant authorities there's nothing we can do because they own the infrastructure.

they assume wifi is a bonus and everybody uses LAN cable -.- when in fact they r binded to a contract to supply that d-link router

Someone escalates this to be as viral as Maxis one please. I just can't stand TM and unishit any longer. My 5mbps which i pay RM160 every month gives me 5kbps download speed all the time. Scam af

I posted this in the other thread. This is the routing to Valve server at SINGAPORE.
The ip 58.27.105.138 is the culprit it seems. I checked this up at ipgeek.net and it shows this ip belongs to TM in Malaysia.

i only slow loading Linkedin. The rest seems ok. What could cost this problem?
