Hi all any solution to fix high ping? Past few daysbeen unplayabale for me averaging 200 ms and im unifi 30mb.

I have nothing else on atm (No torrents or stream).

Anyone can help me sort this out

are you on wired or wireless internet connection ?
also, is your router over heating?
what router are you using?

nothing to do with own hardware


see all my friend that using unifi either got hight ping or very high packet loss

recently me myself also having this kind of situation compare to last few day ago , but not as high as he mention

. my ping is still around 100 which is still acceptable and it should be below 50 whenever your connection is really good and no data pocket loss =p.

It was due to Unifi issue, some submarine cable fault again. My friend and Myself got affected last night and played a game with 200+MS and average of 40 - 60% packet loss. Basically can't even see the gold sign for LH.

use VPN la.. easy..

get WTFast, 14 days free trial, or BattlePing, free also, but disconnect after 20mins, need to Alt Tab reconnect back.

I cant even play DOTA 2 SEA server is 200+ ping but last week its fine below 100 ping

restart router same issue by the way i am using my personal router not UNIFI router same issue i did troubleshoot but same.

YOUTUBE , TORRENT , STREAMING , DOWNLOAD ETC, is fine but not in DOTA 2.

but ping sometimes is request timeout. anyone can advice how to fix this hehehe

hahaaa, people keep complain only unifi got affected while streamyx is ok, now tm give shit ping and packet loss to streamyx also. ggwp starting last night, streamyx also cant play

WTFAST can fix the issue, If you finished the 15 day free trial.
24 RM for 1 month ( WTFAST basic ) should not be that bad.

dono which 1 is the problem..
server steam or unifi since i still can stream full hd on youtube but lagging with AT LEAST 200ms ping and 60% loss from 8am till 12am. only i have noticed that the server loss drop to max 20% when im playing pagi buta.. lel..

Unifi problem with steam server I think.
Just tried hotspot with my smartphone Maxis internet and game was smooth sailing.

Hi I tried different server and it was fine with me playable than SEA SERVER.

i triend EUROPE WEST AND DUBAI ping is 190-200 but playable delay 0.1secs

in SEA Server 3sec delay

No delay at all with Maxis hotspot. Btw each game only took up around 50mb which was surprisingly little.

Hi. What is the difference between WTFAST basic or premium. Is it better to get premium?

3am. i've been pinging dota2's singapore server since forever. been getting 200ms+ & packet losses.

but, by exactly 3am just now, getting 20ms & no packet losses. since TM has fixed their problems. however , i had the worst weekend. didnt even get to enjoy dota

now ok already? coz yesterday morning from 3am - 10am ping is ok.. 11am back to high ping

yesterday I play at 10pm ping still at 200++.....still can play but delay a bit.....last few play totally unplayable at 400ms++.......

can't even use skill......

Unifi was ok for me today morning and afternoon

unifi a bit ok now. but as usual la, later at night 200ping 70% loss mari hahahaha.


So WTFast is the only way, and YES it solved this problem 100%, just connect to SG server, not MY.

Alternative i am using BattlePing now, free too, but every 20mins you alt tab reconnect it again, ur dota wont dc, eventho dc, reconnect je la.. every game i reconnect once, maximum twice. 15ms ping, 0% loss.

That's the only solution.

Else switch to other telco

last night the ping was ok, but then got some packet loss. playable though

high ping on unifi 10mb , 150 for asian region and 300 + ping for europe and US....

i notice i get such high ping after i refuse to upgrade to 30mb unifi ...

is this how they try to force people to upgrade ?

Tm route u guys directly to sg or europe 1st only sg.

you can try this.

go to 192.168.0.1 login with your username and password. then go to
-Advanced > Anti-Attack > Untick "Enable Attack Prevent".

I am unifi user too. It seems like ok for me without any delay or laggg.
