Not the mobo but the Power Logic PSU that short circuit the DS4 mobos. sweat.gif Power Logic PSU really not so reliable if the case happens. hmm.gif

Actually the I-Cute psu is not too bad if not going to on extreme system. I use I-cute PSU for my P4 1.7GHz with 3 fans,1CCLF and 2 HDD + creative sound card.

P4 northwood + your system is more than enough as it consumes < 300w i guess(i assumed you don't o/c).

Bzz sound ?Is it because of the fan dirty already ? Or the fan is spinning too fast?I'm also using the same psu but no sound like yours.
