Actually the I-Cute psu is not too bad if not going to on extreme system. I use I-cute PSU for my P4 1.7GHz with 3 fans,1CCLF and 2 HDD + creative sound card.

P4 northwood + your system is more than enough as it consumes < 300w i guess(i assumed you don't o/c).
