from my XP, i have like 3 fail i-Cute (maybe more,forgot) which if i can remember,2 of them blow up (yes..they really blow up,got bunga api to see)kill my gf4 Ti4200,kill my nf7-s also.
now using 400w enermax liberty,i think this PSU is rock solid and have superb design( it looks even better than my casing =.=!)

but seeing this post have alot of fail enermax..now i feel scared also..lol

or it's because alot of ppl use enermax too ?? but i really love this PSU

try 430w silverstone element series..or get an 400w enermax liberty if u can top up abit more. think i got my enermax for rm295,silverstone should b rm220 or around there

i think u better check what ATX the 350w is, since you are using C2D i think u need ATX2.0 or higher.

And y not go for Enermax or Silverstone ? since you are already at that price already, and silverstone is cheap too.

I'm using Enermax 400w Liberty and this thing is crazy,it actually have more power than 400w and all the rails is still at a steady rate. 1 of the reviews i read for this PSU is really great, is has so much power that he setup a 6800 SLI to run on a 400w Liberty and the railing is still stable! (the 6 series have even higher power comsumption than the 7 series) and i got mine for rm295, just slightly more expensive than the 2 you mention above
