I am not sure bout that but when i was buying new psu and asking them for certain enermax model, they said no more taking from supplier coz a lot return from customer,

How did Acbel psu fail u twice already? Anyway, its life time warranty right? So can just change it as much as u want.

Anyone using I-CUTE high performance PSU and fail u already? The price is not that cheap compare to other reliable brand though.
