Enlight burnt my motherboard. I've never had any bad experience with I-Cute. In fact my old I-Cute 450W performs better than my Enlight
Now using AcBel and every thing's a-okay. |

QUOTE(amyhs99 @ Jan 6 2007, 05:22 PM) MEC ar... sure to kill of your mobo, & maybe your proc as well.Stay away from this... As for Icute failing the most... maybe coz it's the best selling brand. Anyway, my Icute also failed me, but that's after I used it 4 3+yrs almost 24 hours a day, pretty good life-span if you ask me, but definately not value 4 money coz my old chaplang brand oso last as long. |

ICrap gets my vote.
3 PSUs dead. The last one (430Watt) simply.... died when it couldn't handle the load of my new 6800GS. My PC kept locking up and I didn't know why. On one last reboot it died after shooting out sparks. Luckily nothing was damaged. |

MEC, ICute and Powerlogic. All lousy as hell. MEC most spectacular by blowing up with a flash of light and smoke. Fortunately the rig was safe

Just some tip got from TNB friends,go buy ur self a power regulator for ur PC usage. It help a lot cos TNB voltage are unstable, last time 2 of my PSU (Acbel & CM) oso burn wihout notice within a year.Fedup with the situation just buy AYAM BRAND PSU with power regulator, until now using it for almost 3 year without any problem at all.
Remember to use ur power regulator only for ur multimedia use like monitor, cpu, modem or ur speaker, don't overloaded it with ur fan, radio,tv,washing machine bla bla bla... PS: No no no..i'm not a power regulator dealer/manufacturer,just buy it,u won't regret |
