Mar'17 ? Dont think so. i submit mid of October. should be get the money on mid of November because the officer tell me can get within one month.

after one month i call and follow up, they said not so fast. ask me wait again.

when i call during Mid December, they said government have no money. Feel weird as all this money should be within the budget that given by government to the Ministry.

then they ask me to wait till early of January.

when i call on January, they said early of February pula.

have been fooling around. they just simply give you a date and ask you wait.

try to call the number every month since october, hardly to get people to pick up, send email also never get reply.

the department seems empty or doesnt exits. sometime when somebody pickup quickly they pass to another line and then no one pick up again.

honestly, i really not sure when can get the money. after so many month waited, feel like just being fooling around.

and even "KELAKAR" when they said tak ada duit nak bagi sekarang".

i thought everything is in the budget!!!
