For me, I emailed all of the documents to my lawyer, and she prepared the necessary documents. I had to pay RM300 for that. Pesuruhjaya sumpah if I'm not mistaken is around RM10/document.

But then again, it's all worth it. RM400 is peanut compared to what you might be getting. 

Sorry to correct. Actually lawyer only handled borang E and G, together with the preparing of the account statement which needs to be verified by the lawyer too. Apart from that I think mostly you have to fill it in yourself.

from Lampiran C checklist, the one need to be signed by pesuruhjaya are all those we need to fill in right?

those copy of SPA, offer letter, HDA and penyata no need to be sign by pesuruhjaya, am i correct?

have any of you actually type your particular in PDF then print out? or can only write by hand?

i've sent my documents to KPKT today.. they said only developer or lawyer will be inform about the money transfer.. via sms and email.. they will not notify us.. it will take maximum 3 months for the money to be transferred..

Hi, I need some advice on the document preparation. Based on my understanding, these are what I need to do (I’m in subsale category):
- Print 2 copies MyDeposit offer letter
- Print 2 copies Lampiran A & fill in by myself
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B1, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B2, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran D, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in (attached with IC photocopy)
- Request Lawyer to print & fill in 2 copies of Lampiran E
- Print 1 copy of Lampiran F (I’m single), bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Request Lawyer to prepare 1 copy of Lampiran G
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of stamped S&P.
- Photocopy 2 copies of bank loan offer letter.
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of their bank statement (for Lampiran E)
- Hand carry all these document & submit to Putrajaya Jabatan Perumahan Negara Mydeposit department.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. I consulted my lawyer but she asked me to check with MyDeposit instead. It is difficult to get someone to pick up the phone at MyDeposit, appreciate if someone that has already completed the submission can confirm my understanding is correct.

Yes I just received email at 5pm today asked to submit  Perjanjian Jual Beli yang telah ditandatangani dan telah dimatikan setem - 2 Salinan before 9 March or else we will not be entitled to the 30k deposit anymore . Sigh.... In fact we can confirm that we did submitted the S&P. During submission by hand the lady did a rough check and said our documents are okay and we thought everything going smoothly
So how's ur case ? Have u submitted the documents ? By hand or email ..?

May I know what documents she asked to resubmit ? As per the email she didn't state how to submit the outstanding documents ...

hi, what if doc submit Is not complete?

because my seller is unwilling to sign the letter said that this money is belong to me as per my lawyer request. my S&P sign at June2016 I apply mydeposit at May2016 and mydeposit approve at feb2017.so now seller said that our transaction is already close, so why still want sign for it, I try to explain to but he is unwilling to help me sign. so im unable to provide lampiran G yet. closing date is at 10/3. so sad! my $$$ fly away.
