Hi all, Borang E asking for our lawyer's bank statement right? with the involvement of the lawyer on this, how much your lawyer charge you for that?
so we need to pay for the pesuruhanjaya sumpah and own lawyer fees as well?

Thanks in advance icon_question.gif

For me, I emailed all of the documents to my lawyer, and she prepared the necessary documents. I had to pay RM300 for that. Pesuruhjaya sumpah if I'm not mistaken is around RM10/document.

But then again, it's all worth it. RM400 is peanut compared to what you might be getting.  nod.gif

Sorry to correct. Actually lawyer only handled borang E and G, together with the preparing of the account statement which needs to be verified by the lawyer too. Apart from that I think mostly you have to fill it in yourself.

ic.. that's easy money for the lawyer.hahaha.
now i'm clear already. thanks for your clarification. smile.gif

Hi I would like to ask when you submitted your documents at putrajaya is it crowded and do we need to bring all the original documents there as well just in case?
I am thinking to go in the morning for sumpah then go jpn should be sometime around afternoon already.
If crowded then i might need to go sumpah a day earlier. icon_question.gif

Hi, I need some advice on the document preparation. Based on my understanding, these are what I need to do (I’m in subsale category):
- Print 2 copies MyDeposit offer letter
- Print 2 copies Lampiran A & fill in by myself
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B1, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B2, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran D, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in (attached with IC photocopy)
- Request Lawyer to print & fill in 2 copies of Lampiran E
- Print 1 copy of Lampiran F (I’m single), bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Request Lawyer to prepare 1 copy of Lampiran G
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of stamped S&P.
- Photocopy 2 copies of bank loan offer letter.
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of their bank statement (for Lampiran E)
- Hand carry all these document & submit to Putrajaya Jabatan Perumahan Negara Mydeposit department.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. I consulted my lawyer but she asked me to check with MyDeposit instead. It is difficult to get someone to pick up the phone at MyDeposit, appreciate if someone that has already completed the submission can confirm my understanding is correct. notworthy.gif

Sorry I am lazy to translate the following email content to English. Just now I wrote this to myDeposit department. I raise 2 questions and hope some of you may answer it. Many thank you.

Hi,

sebelum menerima tawaran myDeposit.

Terima kasih

I just submitted mine today. The staff only did a rough checking on the documents and that's it. blink.gif blink.gif
Drive all the way there for a 5 mins submission. 3 months waiting starts now. hopefully they can proceed with the ones who submitted earlier to cut the backlogs later.

because my seller is unwilling to sign the letter said that this money is belong to me as per my lawyer request. my S&P sign at June2016 I apply mydeposit at May2016 and mydeposit approve at feb2017.so now seller said that our transaction is already close, so why still want sign for it, I try to explain to but he is unwilling to help me sign. so im unable to provide lampiran G yet. closing date is at 10/3. so sad! my $$$ fly away.
*
If I understand correctly, you should consult your own lawyer for the lampiran G so the money will go to your lawyer instead, then he will pass back the money to you once he received the money. The letter E with law firm letterhead is for your lawyer to confirm they will received on behalf of you related to this transaction.
I only asked for my own lawyer's details never involve anything with the seller.
