I've applied for mydeposit last year and finally got an approved letter. So last few months was chasing them on when the $ will be transferred to my lawyer account.

Suddenly, on a routine call-in to inquire, the PIC said that my application rejected due to my SNP sign in January and mydeposit only applicable from April onward. SHOCK!

PIC said already sent reject letter in October but i've since moved in to my new condo and never would have received it at my old address.

Don't understand how an approved application can then be rejected on a later date. Any advice what can be done?
