Yahoooo..After all the hasle finding Ketua Kampung signage, then back n forth to developer office to take Surat Pengesahan Tawaran Pembelian Rumah,
then key in the kod pemaju -> developer name+developer license+building phase(all auto generate when entering the right kod pemaju).

Now waiting for processing and hoping for good news

I believe your sales person said that so. The same thing my sales person said to me. He said sign everything+loan then claim from My Deposit.

When I've done booking and referred to their developer's clerk, she gave me the Surat Pengesahan Tawaran Pembelian Rumah that have attention to gov + Kod Pemaju for me to key in to the SPRN website.
SPA need to sign on the date they mention but they'll hold the stamping duty/etc until My Deposit approved -> then only proceed to stamping so that the SPA is legally signed after My Deposit results.

My only concern is about EPF withdrawal. Can I proceed with EPF withdrawal without SPA stamping. Any sifus to help?

Normal purchase is booking receipt but for My Deposit case, she gave me the dev's head letter to gov's bahagian perumahan with details of;-
Purchaser's name & IC
House price
House details (house lot no., phase, place)
Purchasing house under Skim My Deposit

Similar but with specifically directed to My Deposit. Maybe as gov consideration that they will include the moratorium 10 years in SPA

Plus the developer must register specifically for this My Deposit (Dev details, Project details, License no., etc. for the SPRN website system).
That's why when I choose Kod Pemaju -> already auto generate which phase & project I'm purchasing in the following details (cannot edit the details).

Even after successfully submit the My Deposit application, my spouse unable to Mohon the Skim My Deposit even though after successfully kemaskini profil. Maybe because already detected husband+wife same application

I've done everything in the manual & FAQ to meet all the requirements, taking many leaves + back n forth here n there.
Only worried that I'm not 1 of the 2k buyers that will get this scheme becoz quota already finished, not bcoz I'm not eligible

Sure can. See the manual/mekanisme pelaksanaan u download in the website. 6.0 Kaedah Permohonan page 7 clearly stated. Only the required docs quite hassle + kelam kabut if u still blur2

If dealing with gov goodies/free thing I better catch up with clear+sure thing so that possibility of drop out is lesser.

Since its the 2nd year=normally gov will be efficient than last time (just like BRIM 2nd year many drop out).

Based on req = Surat Tawaran/Pengesahan pembelian rumah daripada pihak pemaju perumahan. Maybe that's why my dev came out with this letter coz they've been dealing with My Deposit.

Your case I'm not sure since already applied & cannot redo back. But still arguable coz Booking Form is 1 of the pengesahan pembelian also

You better rush out/take leave/call here n there in order to complete the docs req.

haha I don't even dare to take ADUN's signature coz my place ADUN+Parlimen also DAP. Not bias/macai BN or whatsoever but to be extra save lol.
I've taken Penghulu's signature (easiest coz he's everyday in the Pejabat Tanah office) but then in the form [Ahli Parlimen/ADUN/Penyelaras Parlimen/Penyelaras DUN/Pengerusi JKKK/Pengerusi JKKKP/Pengerusi JPP), I better opt for tok ketua kampung & upload to SPRN to be on save side hahaahaha

Submit the docs online <- Scanned all the docs <- get the person in charge's signatures <- go here n there (ur boss signature pengesahan pekerjaan, CCRIS report can be on9 but need to go BNM for verification, pengesahan pemimpin tempatan sumore). That's why I said hassle coz me myself involving call pejabat tanah to check ketua kampung/penghulu attendance/whereabouts. Half day leave just to hunt pemimpin tempatan signature, another half to take surat pengesahan from dev (involve distance + my leave min req)

Go to SPRN website -> Log In -> After login -> Click Laman Utama -> Click My Deposit -> Scroll until bottom -> got "MOHON" icon in blue -> have word of pemimpin tempatan or similar in small red color (if I'm not mistaken, cannot verify 4 u anymore as I've already submit) -> click that word then it'll appear/dwnld the surat pengesahan pemimpin tempatan -> print

If u can ketua kampung thats very easy. Or else go to pejabat tanah ask for penghulu. Call them b4 u go maybe he/she not in. 4 the surat since i'm on mobile i try 1st since handphone internet very mafan.

Not sure.the best way is check with ur pejabat tanah.is it fall under pj or something.then call them asking 4 penghulu/ketua kampung(i believe k.kg kerinchi as i google)

I wonder anyone got this rumors that MyDeposit quota had full and the namelist already ready unofficially

I got wassup from my banker (HLB) asking bout my status. My status is still in process. He said from his friend from MBB got a client got rejected in MyDeposit. No official announcement yet but quota has been fixed. According to him.

I can't get thru their hotline and waiting for the email reply on this. Erkk i'm not spreading rumors but just to ask around if anyone got this circulation also

On the day when keputusan 3 is out and rejected I directly write a simple formal letter and courier to SPRN without any hope. Then few days changed from rejected to dalam proses rayuan.
Later this morning got email from them lulus bersyarat. syukurrrr
