SPA lawyer. At least thats why I did. Anyone else?

Nope. But I guess the logic is that the money will be given to the developer in the case of purchasing new property. Hence I think that SPA lawyer is the equivalent of developer in the case of subsale properties.

My offer letter dated 27th July. Submitted mine end of Aug. I am not sure if I have gotten the money, because I registered a wrong phone number, and from what I understand is that you will be notified through SMS. So I have to go to Putrajaya and check my application manually, which I haven't done so.

Finally got the RM30k credited to me! 

Called mydeposit last friday, they told me already release the money to my lawyer account on 21st Nov.

My lawyer just confirmed me on this, but will hold the money for 1.5 month before release to me..

anyway it still a good news..

Early of Jan'17 will release payment again.
Anyone is successful & waiting to release payment now?
I called & was told that they will not notify us when they transfer money to developer/lawyer.
If anyone receive the payment on Jan'17, can update to me?

Did u check with developer side? I submit my appeal letter on mid of November. Last 3 weeks they only informed me to submit original sumpah copy =.=

today my lawyer just inform me that the money is in. he will bank in to me soon.

I didnt know that government already transferred the money  in October. After calling many times then only know the status in December. After checking with developer, they said they never received any email from government. Then they asked for payment voucher. End of December only managed to get the voucher n gave them. They said need to wait a month. Now more than 1 month already. They ask to refer to Finance Department. It's like dealing with 2 government agencies. Lol

Dear All, I have received the sms & email to inform me the funds have transfer to my developer. (the record in MyDeposit is my email, so it was send to me)

if you have reach the step of waiting the payment,
you may check
1 - via website: http://emaklumweb.anm.gov.my
2 - fill in No. Kad Pengenalan / No.Daftar Syarikat: 12345-X (com. reg. of developer or your lawyer)
3 - click Semak

if they have make the payment to the developer or your lawyer, it will show.
your IC last four number, refer NO. INVOIS

it is not the payment voucher.
just easy way to check the funds have transfer or not.

Finally, I got it!
Now I still need to ask them provide the payment voucher to me.
As my developer required it to issue cheque to me.

How long need to wait for payment voucher? Where to get it?

I fully submit my document end of Nov'16.
I received sms & email is becos they update my info in their system instead of developer info.

you can check via website stated, if they have released the payment, it has the EFT inside, u can print & send to lawyer as a prove.
it stated your ic number, can be a reference.
but I dont think it is the Payment Voucher.
Now I still ask them to provide me the PV, but they reply email very slow...
