I apply MyDeposit scheme last year but my loan application got rejected due to my PTPTN outstanding. Surprisingly, my application for MyDeposit had approved last week. Can I proceed to buy house within this 1 month? Or can I postpone this scheme?

QUOTE(chiahau @ Feb 14 2017, 10:58 AM) Settle your PTPTN and reapply the loan. Should be no problem already. QUOTE(ms749 @ Feb 14 2017, 11:07 AM) Technically speaking you cannot proceed because you would need to submit your stamped S&P, which in your case, you cannot get financing from the bank. If you postpone, I think your allocation would be given to someone else, and you have to que for the next batch like anyone else. Better get you PTPTN outstanding sorted out first. Some banks are offering a loan to settle your PTPTN so it can clean up your CCRIS score. My advice, try to sort that one out first before anything. Forgot to add. I already clear my PTPTN last year. So Do I able to proceed within this month?
