Hi. I'm also one of the successful applicant. After got the offer letter I quickly arrange with lawyer to sign s&p. Unfortunately the lawyer typed in the s&p date before mydeposit offer letter is out. damn!

good news, called SPRN. they can as long as ur s&p is signed not too early (after 16th April if I'm not mistaken) they can accept.

So no worries to those who signed their s&p before getting the offer! =)

To be honest I'm not really sure the exact date but I remember April. Hopefully I did not get the date wrong coz after knowing that it's okay I was overjoyed and forgot the details. LOL.

For new construction you don't have to do lampiran G. And Lampiran E you can fill urself just get the details from developer. Make sure u include the official bank detail (verified statement of HDA account) from developer or else will have to re-submit like my case. Resubmission took another month for JPN to process then they never tell u when they bank in to developer. Have to keep chasing these people...
