I think u cannot apply MyDeposit if u don't have any house u  willing to buy.. because when u apply, they ask u to attach some documents regarding the spesific house that u want to buy.. so I think there is no way of waiting MyDeposit approve first n then find the house.. what u can do is just delay on signing the snp after u apply MyDeposit.. In my case, I don't delay on anything.. I just go with the flow.. Luckily mine got approved..

ic.. i'm still waiting for one document before submitting the application. but i already placed a booking and the buying process will start in mid feb. that's why was wondering how long it will take.

thank you very much for sharing your experience ^^ it helps alot. yeah finger cross that this time it will be similar like previous one because i think that mydeposit t&c is quite hard to follow
