It's RM30k or 10% (based on the SPA price), whichever is lower. So if it's RM320k, then you'd be getting RM30k. I bought a RM400k one, and I got RM30k.

I called & was told that they will not notify us when they transfer money to developer/lawyer.

I'm also waiting for payment release, but i think developer / lawyer dont bother it even though money has been bank in to their bank account, end up they still will ask u provide proof on it.

Previously as informed that the last batch applicants result will be released by Dec'16, but as of now (6 Jan'17), there is still no news about this...
Why the officers always drag us? Single applicants being drag just to prioritize those married applicants! Fine, you can prioritize from your end, but please help to release the last batch applicants result fast...

I went there on 23rd December. Asking about my submitted document update. They said still in checking. I submitted my documents on 27 November. But they said money will release on January 2017.

This morning receive their call. They said I need to submit my sumpah akuan original copy.....Damn....That time the fellow checking did not say want original copy!!!! Really feel like want to slap that guy!!!

Really hope that the government will open this scheme again.

I apply on Apr 16 and submit complete document on Nov 16. Last week I email to Encik Mohd Azhar ask about the pymt details. He replied and ask me to call Puan Norahida about pembayaran. Today, I call but nobody answer phone.. So, if you guys receive the money, please update me.. Thanks a lot.
