Is it still available?
How about those property with rebates? (Those rebates can be considered as portion of 10% downpayment) does it intervened with the my deposit scheme?
*
I'm not really sure if its closed i.e. all of the RM200 million has been fully utilised, or they might temporarily closed and to re-open in the coming future. I got myself a subsale property so its quite straightforward. For new launch, I think regardless whether you are getting the rebates, the RM30k will be deposited into your housing developer's account, so they might or might not bank in to you the RM30k plus the rebates.

I go to this website https://sprn.kpkt.gov.my/
and click "permohonan baru" but appears "You are not authorized to access this page."
I guess it closed. cry.gif

what do you means by "RM30k will be deposited into your housing developer's account, so they might or might not bank in to you the RM30k plus the rebates."?
*
For subsale, you need to pay the 10% deposit first. Then the RM30k will be deposited into the lawyer's account. Once everything has been finalised, lawyer will give you the RM30k.

For new launch, I am not really sure. But I guess the middle man would be the housing developer (instead of the lawyer), which they will deposit the RM30k into your account. As for the rebates, this is a bit more tricky, will depend on your developer.

I got tawaran in July, submitted in August. Received the money early mid November. So most likely you'd receive in mid December.

You sign the s&p before received offer letter or after successful application?

I signed my S&P in mid June. Received the surat tawaran end of July. And received the money in November. So i think if you signed S&P before its okay, if it's not too long before. Hope this helps.

Your S&P only one name or two name? If I applied with married status, the S&P contains two joint name would not be a problem right? Need to certified S&P and surat kelulusan pembiayaan whole pages? Sorry asking a lot.

Thanks. biggrin.gif
*
Yes my S&P is joint name with wife but loan is only under my name. I think just the front would be enough. Honestly can't remember, but the pesuruhjaya sumpah guy must know what he's doing.

Is all the certified by commission of oath must be original copy for the submission? As most of the documents need 2 copies.... icon_question.gif

No need. If I can recall correctly, I only received the original S&P after I got the key. Before that I just relied on soft copy.

Means for those Surat Akuan we only need to submit one set original and one set photocopy?
*
Submit to Putrajaya only need the photocopy, no need original copy. But just to be safe, prepare 2 sets of photocopy and get it all certified.

QUOTE(John_semambu @ Dec 2 2016, 11:22 AM)
Hi all,
I would like to ask a few questions. I has applied this scheme in Mei 2016 and i just received the notification msj via phone last week. They ask me to check the result and i very happy because my application was successful.

My question is here:
1) my wife already bought her house before we get married, is there any problem for us in the future if i sign this Mydeposit Scheme agreement?

2) i already sign S&P in June 2016 and the 10% downpayment has been paid, is there any possibility that i can get back my 10% DP from developer?

Very apriciated if got any otai to answer my doubt here.
*
1) Is your application on the same house that your wife bought? The only drawback is the moratorium saying that you cannot sell or rent out your house for the next 10 years?

2) Signing S&P is June is still quite okay as it is not too long apart from your application in May. So in your case, the money will be credit into the house developer account, and then developer will notify you and credit the money back to you. So essentially, you 10% deposit stays with the Developer, just the 'new' MyDeposit money will have to go through the developer before it get transferred back to you. But again, is it the same house that your wife bought?

Called mydeposit last friday, they told me already release the money to my lawyer account on 21st Nov.

My lawyer just confirmed me on this, but will hold the money for 1.5 month before release to me.. sad.gif

anyway it still a good news..
*
What was their reason for holding the money? In my case, my lawyer was holding back the money to wait for the bank to fully disbursed the money to the seller. Anyway, 1.5 months put in FD is profit!! icon_idea.gif

anyone manage to get a payment voucher? It seems like the money was transferred in October n the developer is kinda ignoring it. When checking with them, they say they have so many emails and dont care about any money being transferred in. So now they want a proof

zzzz

Better get it checked fast. You'll never know what people would do for RM30k nowadays.
