yup being calling them but no answer all three numbers ,bloody hell..my wife told me it just tipical gov services when about money just need to be extra patient. sighh

Anyone acquired new property with 10% deposit discount from developer and in the same time successfully granted MyDeposit scheme that recently announced? I would like to know is the developer return back the money to you or they would hold it until VP? Anyone facing this before and mind to share. As my understanding, there should be no valid reasons that the developer can hold the money.

If it is still "dalam process", then most likely the developer is cheating you. One way (and probably the only way) to verify your developer's claim is to go to KPKT and ask them yourself.

As for why your developer is telling you such thing, is probably to make you fully commit with the purchase of the property. Have you signed your S&P?

Yes, I sign my SNP. I understand that No SNP sign before get mydeposit..
I already inform developer do not stamp the SNP before mydeposit approval..
Means already sign SNP but no yet submit....
This is what is worry...

from the date of submission of completed document, it takes roughly 2 months until developer side called me about the money released, so have patience waiting

I just talked to En Azhar, i asked why my application still Dalam Proses though i had applied on May. This is what he said.

1. Because of single. They still review my application. Priority to married. They are few cases like this as well
2. Result will announce by this month

hey guys, just now i try to call the SPRN number well of course none pick up.Then I try contact the 03 80008000 number and wanted to divert to SPRN and luckily someone pickup. I was asking about my status of mydeposit which before this mr azhar was handle my case and they check my status that payment has been done early this month. I told them i didnt receive any sms notification he said they only notified my developer. Then just now I call my developer they said they didn't receive any transfer or notification from SPRN. Well now im quite focktup,whether my developer or SPRN made a fool of me. Tomorrow i ll headed to SPRN to request the payment voucher then shove it to my developer ass if they already transfer..

You mean they already pass your application to Bhg Kewangan nearly one month but still havent release money yet?

headed to SPRN tomorrow to look for payment voucher. My wife told me any money from gomen must have payment voucher. Gonna take that copy and show it to my developer. Thats why I am very suspicious when SPRN told thatall the money will be direct to developer without informing the buyer. FYI i already have given my 10% percent deposit to my developer well know they already have 20%.Was thinking using the mydeposit money for renovation.

Finally my developer contact me that they receive email from the government but the government didnt stated any amount. Now my developer wanted me to email them the proof of the offer letter and my personal details so that are tally with the government details. My developer told me there are 4 more candidate also receive the my deposit scheme same as me but the government didnt stated the amount of money transfered. Now just waiting from my developer side to hand over the money to me hehhehe.
