waaaa it's really unexpected for me. LULUS already MyDeposit after submit rayuan
On the day when keputusan 3 is out and rejected I directly write a simple formal letter and courier to SPRN without any hope. Then few days changed from rejected to dalam proses rayuan.
Later this morning got email from them lulus bersyarat. syukurrrr

Last time I got the 30k all finished buying furniture and renovating the house. Cause last time we could buy subsale unit, so I bought a bare unit.

The mydeposit lady told me usually it will take 21 days to complete.

Saw some kumpulan 2 ppl's payment only in process these few days.

No... as long as u have the company no. and HDA bank account no. u can see all the payment transactions made by the government.

Call jabatan akauntan negara, they will check you payment status..

My developer already receive 30k from mydeposit, they will bank in to my account after my house 20% progressive.

yeah, if you're on another govt housing scheme like rumawip etc you're not eligible

Ada tak sesiapa kat sini yang pemaju perumahan tempat dia beli rumah tu cakap akan bank in duit tu selepas rumah tu siap? Tak boleh nak bank in terus, mesti selepas rumah siap. ada tak?
