Anyone on Celcom plan being charged for data roaming even when phone setting is off? I was charged even when it was not enabled for data roaming. 1111, OCS and online CS chat all said their system detected usagr, so its my problem. I tried Google, and found out many people had the same problem.

They probably can't be bothered when i said that if they don't solve my issue, i will cancel, since many are porting in from maxis

If others experienced this glitch before,why is Celcom insistent that it is customers' problem? They could have some gltch also.

celcom always have glitch... last time i buy data plan from them (the net 10, net 30) from them, but when use data it charge my credit top up till it all drain, when check quota, find out it is not even touch at all
