Celcom network down? - Bandar Sunway, No service

Hi Is there any celcom users at Bandar Sunway area? PJS 9 area to be specific... My line was cut off half way when I received phone call from my friend just now Tried to dial again, it show "not registered on network" Network bar showed 0 bar Check with Celcom live chat, they said my account is active and asked me to restart my phone I did the same but still having the same problem.. I have waited for 1 hour but cant get the signal at all...
Can anyone guide me what should I do now..
I need to make call urgently

take the sim card. put into another phone.

I just changed the SIM card last week (changed new plan) I tried to put my father SIM card (from other telco - not celcom) and it's working fine
