Hi

Is there any celcom users at Bandar Sunway area?
PJS 9 area to be specific...
My line was cut off half way when I received phone call from my friend just now

Tried to dial again, it show "not registered on network"
Network bar showed 0 bar

Check with Celcom live chat, they said my account is active and asked me to restart my phone

I did the same but still having the same problem..

What should I do?

I have waited for 1 hour but cant get the signal at all...

phone rosak (experienced this with my old s4, unable to explain why, just always error).

take the sim card. put into another phone.

I just changed the SIM card last week (changed new plan)
I tried to put my father SIM card (from other telco - not celcom) and it's working fine

I tried that also, put my SIM card to my father phone, can detect Celcom but no signal bar.
Cannot make call, tried easy menu *118# 5 times managed to access 1 time

I think maybe Celcom having network issue at my area now...

oh if like that confirm network problem.

u go call back celcom CS & report.

if they say, network no problem & blame your device.

u scold back them kaw kaw. threaten to report SKMM

Hopefully they can settle the problem soon..
