Incidentally, I've stopped going to Kok Siong - the ambience is poor and the prices have been going up and up and up.  I've also started avoiding Hasbuna for the same reason, though the price increase there hasn't been as dramatic.  As a rule, I avoid mamak places altogether.  I also rarely go to Ming Ren now.  It's usually hopelessly overcrowded.

Yes, 军师 in Chinese.  They do tuina, acupuncture, moxibustion and generally, stuff you'd go to a chiropractor for.  So it depends on what is wrong with your knee.  You might find a tit ta fella' more useful if there is inflammation, bruising etc.  But if your knee needs realigning or there's  a pinched nerve, Junshi might be a better place to go to.  They're not cheap.  I think it is RM80 for tuina and then you add more for acupuncture and other stuff.  Different doctors there also charge different fees depending on their level of experience.

Hiking for the very first time after a long layoff ?? Very prone to get knee injury if like this.

I parked my car beside the road (not blocking anyone) for about 5 mins to go to Caring Pharmacy to buy some panadol but after I come out, I was stopped by the valet and asked for RM10 valet car park.
