If you have been to this Tar Chong in Bdr Puteri, you shld noticed that there is a plastic made door curtain dividing the kitchen and eating area.
Take a closer look, the curtain is long and it is touching the floor.

Those workers that serve the food, they never push the curtain aside when they were walking through that door with the tray in their hands.

So as they walk through the door, the curtain will just slide along from the top to the bottom, touching the food in the tray. The bottom of the curtain is black and moldy.

If 1 time only, ok lah ... forgive him. But it happened throughout when I was there..... 

Heard directlly from IOI, Giant was supposed to leave, now renegotiating the rental. They changed their planning after deciding to leave. IOI did not have any plans for another hypermart and wanted to develop a service apartment/commercial building until received new proposal from Giant.

MPSJ have approved the service apartment development behind Giant so expect more jams at Puteri..

btw, you can still buy fresh vege and other raw ingredients at Puteri Mart before they close. IOI wants to develop that land and another market is not in their plans.
