Some more measurements:

Just took readings at 2 pm, very hot outside:

Dowstairs, middle of the house:  25°C
Upstairs, middle of bedroom, behind 3 sets of curtains:  26°C
Just behind the window:  27°C
Just outside the window, in the sun:  32°C

I'll take another reading later on in the early evening, that's usually when the bedroom is the hottest.

Do you notice if the roofed parking area is so vacant?
I managed to park at the front row facing the entrance door to Yue Yan Sang for the very first time..

What about the 2nd hour charge ?

If above park 1.5 hour and belanja RM5 still free parking ?
I drove by Tesco yesterday, saw the space underneath the LRT track fully parked with cars. That side no kena saman ka ?

lol what he meant was the inside covered car park lah. I find the tesco exit so cacat near the LRT parking there, even the motorcyles also need to use the ticket to exit and if IIRC only 1 exit machine so I foresee there will be jam on the way out if one vehicle forgot to validate/pay for the parking ticket

Yesterday I drove back from PJ, reach home around 6:30.  Traffic quite OK also.

People are describing this morning as 'living hell' on the LRT.

I notice my 2nd Half MPSJ Cukai Taksiran (Jul-Dec 2016) has been rounded to nearest RM.
First half billed RM124.50 and paid before 28 Feb 2016.
Second Half billed RM125.00.

So strange... anybody else have the same issue ?

On the back of the MPSJ Cukai Taksiran has short summary of MPSJ Income vs Expense for Year 2015... they overspend by RM1.5 million     

How come mine RM36 more than my immediate neighbor ? Padahal, same size, same type, any reason for the discrepancy ?

MPSJ requires anyone that operates paid parking to get license from them. Puchong Jaya there last time same thing.

Anyway already know why Tesco made paid parking. Its because of the parking problem. Commuters took every space. Already projected this problem since Lrt construction. But parking is free for first 2 hours if u buy Rm5 worth of goods.

My biggest gripe now is Maybank near Tesco shifted to (of all bloody places!!!) at bandar puteri. Damn convenient last time bank in cheques, makan & buy sundries at 1 go. Bdr puteri no parking one. Giant wants Rm15 worth of goods for free parking. Damn greedy.

Probably going to see more such accidents now.  People catch pokémon while driving.
