Both renovated. My neibour extended the kitchen fully to the back lane whereas mine just partially extended. I need to check my pre renovation accessment rate to see if there is any difference.

If your home's build up area increase, so does Cukai Taksiran (that's what I heard). Maybe your neighbor didn't report to MPSJ and still paying old rate.
Poor enforcement is the issue as always.

Just checked my past years cukai pintu, it was the same rate as my neighbor before the renovation.
My renovation have proper COO whereas my neighbor is without COO.

I paid my Cukai Taksiran via My@MPSJ portal and the payable amount is different from the Bill received. My@MPSJ Portal shows the right amount I normally pays.

Can we still turn into Puteri at PFCC if coming from Puchong Jaya/IOI direction? And heading out is still like before as well, right?

YES, that right
*
That's good... but still will be jam due to EXTRA works in the vicinity of the entry point.

An inch of rubber only insulates you for about 40,000 volts, a lightning bolt will have oh, like a thousand times that voltage.

A side flash (lightning strikes taller object and part of current jumps to the victim, which is why you shouldn’t take shelter under a tree)

A ground current (lightning strikes nearby, travels through the ground, and enters the body at the contact point closest to the lightning strike, travels through cardiovascular and/or nervous systems and exits the body at the contact point farthest from the lightning…the most common among deaths and injuries)

Conduction (lightning travels a long distance on something metal, which doesn’t attract lightning, but does allow it to travel…Don’t touch metal indoors that extends outside, like plumbing or electrical outlets during a lightning storm).

Works on the Bandar Puteri Interchange will start from 19 July 2017 until end of year 2018. Get ready for some slow moving vehicles in that area.

Feels like Bandar Puteri got affected too since this morning even though I don't see Puteri under the list of areas that got water disruption.

Luckily I've prepared a few tongs of water around the house just in case

This the main reason i don't frequent Setia Walk...
Business close down shows not enough customers coming in their F&B outlets.
