Not true, went to Tesco last friday, 1230 pm, got 1 Indian couple, Tesco said 1 person only can shop. Saw a few families leaving Tesco so wondering where got RB in Puchong/wawasan/puteri that allowed this.

I don't know what these people thinking are. Want to take whole family out unnecessarily exposing them to the risk of getting infected.

I suggest they bring their whole family for a visit to hospital to experience firsthand our frontliners' sacrifices to contain the pandemic.

they use very good reason like husband dunno by food , while wife cannot drive if both go out kids no one to take care so whole families need to go together

Last week went to HUKM cheras Hospital and look at how it progresses.

I see the staff relax and not like some viral videos.

Go to emergency sec look, set up a lot of canopy outdoor with bed divide out. But no patient.

All the door and entrance seal off and guard. Left a few doors for visitor and staff.

Inside the hospital is like holiday close feeling. Hardly people around and light dim. Scary.   

Ward is in minimum patient and much empty bed. Maybe discharge those not emergency and standby.

Get good advice from doc about covid virus prevention.

Puteri Mart still opened. However customers not allow to enter. Just whatsapp and seller will deliver to the car. However food court is closed.

Puteri mart opened Today. However abit late to announce

turnoff to USJ closed. make a uturn at the PLUS highway traffic light and enter through USJ industrial area

Last Friday late afternoon still ok, not sure LDP Puchong Barat toll got road block or not, so use the skip-toll Puchong Perdana road. U-turn and can reach Jaya Grocer in late afternoon. Just to let you know the queue to enter was snaking around the atrium area, need to queue 25-35 people. Lucky I not shopping there.

On the way back skip toll again detour Puchong Perdana, just to be able to drive the car longer. Then turn into LDP and decide to drive further and make a u-turn at IOI Mall Puchong. Then last minute decide to turn into IOI Mall AEON. No queue there. Gardenia finish, but got some other groceries.

Any expert here can share your opinion that whether using 75% alcohol spray to disinfect face mask will make the filtration less effective?
I normally use a mask around 10 times before replacement. Disinfect method is by way of alcohol spray or UV under the sun.
