Yup, where the Fitness First used to locate at GF.

Nearer than Sunway Pyramid. Just back frm pyramid, full of PRC, students, arabs, wannabe ah bengs, not nice to walk, more like chee chong kai but more upmarket. I wud go weekend if need to buy stuff at cK, AX or Underarmour. Else avoid it..

IOI mall more or less more local, got parking, need to look properly, not only go underground or outside, belakang also got, plus rooftop. Dun go on PH or Saturdays go weekdays if need to buy things. You will know where to go for what you want, no need to waste time.

Food choice is good, true. But want to go one place have to travel (walk) like mad cos so big IOI now doing some improvements to the mall, now renovating to keep up...chinaman company kedekut sial..

Need to ask sifus here. Currently I'm sending my dotter to school in CJaya by 8am and I need to get to my office in Glenmarie. These past 2 days, I'm clocking 1-1.5 hours to reach my office. Monday I used the route from CJ to the NKVE travelling North and exiting at Batu Tiga toll, bad idea. Reached office at 0905.

Today I used the back way from CJ to Bukit Puchong and exited at Bt14 to go thru BP and join the LDP, another foolish idea as the traffic lights were murder. Lucky Sunway toll had light traffice and I exited at Sunway Pyramid and took the road to USJ and joining to Fed Hway. Reached office at 0925.

Is there a better route I can take? Appreciate the help guys!

Coming back to puchong is the killer...

Now using Subang toll to exit, much faster. My journey is now 45 mins instead of 1hour plus from Cjaya.

bandar puteri Public Bank. Got 1 malay lady, open boot sale. Really pedas one, can't see the ikan bilis and quarter egg.

RM1, syukur got nasi, sambal, bits of egg and ikan bilis..

Even Baldi at Wawasan charge RM1.50, strips of egg, sambal with blended ikan bilis and rice.

Guys, any vegetarian food shops in Puchong town that opens early in the morning, since I'm observing the 9 Heavenly Deities celebration again, this year.

I used to go to the shop that opened along Public Bank in Bdr Puteri, but they have either moved or closed down so, going thru morning fasting these 3 days already...

That's what I use but need to make sure the wall plug is the original that came with the house and not a new extension for better connection.

Yah, yah, at Subang Parade still going strong, I always go there since my office is near there. Prefer the Pavi branch since got more brands there like Ferrari and lots of offer compared to the other shops in Pavi.

Stuck before and after Sunway Toll, USJ and all roads going into Puchong.

Nope, Giant is changing their business model, concentrating on higher end. So far Kinrara and Kelana Jaya including USJ doing well. Their Cold Storage in 1U doing well but dunno why they closed Sunway and MidValley,
