Both renovated. My neibour extended the kitchen fully to the back lane whereas mine just partially extended. I need to check my pre renovation accessment rate to see if there is any difference.

Just checked my past years cukai pintu, it was the same rate as my neighbor before the renovation.
My renovation have proper COO whereas my neighbor is without COO.

Guys, last month TNB upgraded to new website and billing system, no bill for July.
Recently received my Aug actual reading bill (2 months bill), damn, over charged by RM300 due to wrong meter reading by extra 500units.
Watch out your TNB bill.

If your latest Aug bill is 2 months combined bill, then it's normal. If not, please che#k with TNB.

No. Highest speed achieved so far is 60km/h but only on the down hill long straight track from Kinrara BK5 to IOI Malll. It will slowdown to 35km/h to 39km/h when negotiating covers. Close by stations like IOI, PBP, up to Puchong Prima, train speed never exceed 50km/h.
On the other hand, the old trains on KJ line travels as fast as 82km/h conveniently.

I traveled from Kinrara BK5 to Taipan during off peak hours, took about 35min (train time only) and paid RM9.8 return fare. I still have to walk under the scorching sun for 15min (1km) from Taipan station to TNB Subang Jaya. If include driving time, parking time, walk up/down to/from stations, waiting for the train arrival, total travel time consumed is 2hrs to & fro.
Compare to if I drive to & fro TNB, 1hr travel time max during off peak, Rm4.2 toll + Rm3 petrol (20km) + Rm2 parking.

No incentive at all to take public transport.

The Police claimed I was looking at text msg but I didn't. After much explanation only they let me go without saman.

I just went there last Sunday. To avoid the weekend crowd, we went there early like 6.45pm, tables already 90% full.
I like the beef stew bahnmi and the vietmise milk coffe.
Any comments on the other V-Nam Cafe just nearby but without much crowd?
