It's like buying insurance for your mobile phone getting from celcom.

First package cover defective/broken phone.
Second package cover defect and lost.

Monthly charges go into your bill.

Must be the phone from Celcom? I thought can be any anywhere. It sounds like you can change your phone whenever you want provided you just need to pay certain amount.

Don't think they allow phone from other retail.

Yes. You may get the defective phone replaced anytime with certain amount. Just give them a call and it will be delivered to hour door step. Not sure how do they control the second package which cover lost phone though.
