Blacklist by Yes4G, I call the helpline and my record is ok

When i want to register to Umobile they said i have an amount with Yes4g ,then i just call the helpline 018-333000 and said when i want to subscribe to umobile they said i am listed in the system .I ask the operator what is the matter ,she said i have a clean record.What is the problem over here ,my record are clean but want to register with umobile they said I blacklisted by Yes4g ,call yes 4G ,they said i dont have name in their blacklisted list .Did you guys ever encounter this things ?

If u are sure about that ,lodge a report to MCMC at aduan.skmm.gov.my ...u will settle ur issue in less than a week ... Don't waste ur time to deal with telco CS .... |

Try checking if you have any records at CTOS and clarify. Even if you are blacklisted by YES, U Mobile would not know about it unless you are listed in a centralised record like CCRIS, CTOS etc. |
