something must be hogging your bandwidth, turn off your phone and tablet. sometimes my nexus7 secretly auto downloading update and i thought it's unifi fault. sometimes it's my windows updating at the background, and sometimes it was iphone auto apps update

my 30mbps is running at around 24 with speed test, seems ok
