something must be hogging your bandwidth, turn off your phone and tablet. sometimes my nexus7 secretly auto downloading update and i thought it's unifi fault. sometimes it's my windows updating at the background, and sometimes it was iphone auto apps update

my 30mbps is running at around 24 with speed test, seems ok

I got same problem. TM said many selangor area got s slow connection speed coz heavy rain fall recently. So I just make a report then they will fix my port. BTW I live in Kajang

developed country shoul not have any broadband problem.

When unifi angry customer will port out to maxis or time fibre, please port out please just like when maxis customer butthurt port out to other telco, less people less bandwith congestion

switch to TIME FIBRE

If u stay at old place, their cable is landed so, high speed wind+heavy rain may will ruin ur port or landed cable. Unless ur place is 100% underground cable(usually fiber) then it will not effect u. How i know?(i take degree on telecommunication)

when i call they said they did not get any slow issue, high ping or packet loss problems complaints from customers

that noob technician came my house and run a fucking speedtest when i wasnt home and said all ok and went off.

Semoga masalah ping dan packetloss ni berlarutan sampai tahun depan.

i tried to narrow down the issue further...
fagbuk and all other commonly used websites seem to load fine.
speedtest ping also show 20+ms, which is what i usually get here.. (inb4, im on VDSL , not direct fiber)

dota ping is haywire for sure...
but just for sake of testing, installed the old CS:CZ and bang, most servers listed 100ms ping and got 1 50ms only...
so its definitely something wrong with valve servers... or maybe even with the routing to those servers.

next step, try connecting steam via alternative network.

tried Payday 2 and seem to respond fine...

My unifi just went down & came back up, weird.

I asked tmconnect kenapa connection to Singapore (Dota2 server: sgp-1.valve.net) pun ada masalah, tmconnect reply terdapat gangguan ke website US dan North Asia. Singapore is North Asia? Geography fail.

Help my UNIFI so shit right now. Cant even load Twitch.
